At Katana Marketing Solutions we’re all about development. We pride ourselves in developing some of the best leaders in our industry.

In order to do so, we have a Management Development Program that allows our skilled instructors to work one on one with our up and coming leaders. This gives our trainees the opportunity to learn from the best and gain the skills necessary to excel in sales and marketing. Our trainees also learn team building, motivation, and client management skills. By gaining expertise in all of these fields, it allows Katana Marketing to acquire new leaders that will add to an atmosphere that practices and promotes professionalism and integrity while working in a positive environment.

Some of the categories in our Management Development Program are:

Sales Development (2 - 4 weeks)

In the initial stages of our Management Development Program our trainees learn the skills that are essential to excelling in any business environment. These include building rapport, client representation, valued work ethic, objection handling, and closing deals.

Leadership (4 - 6 weeks)

After completing the first step in our program, our new leaders are now ready to take on more responsibility and begin teaching the skills they have learned in the sales development category. At the same time they are also learning team building skills and how to effectively manage a small team of sales representatives.

Assistant Manager (6 - 8 weeks)

After the candidate has become an effective team leader, they are now ready to begin the final stages of our Management Trainee Program. During this stage the candidate’s skills are better utilized in our office setting. Throughout this period, they learn interviewing procedures, administrative functions, payroll, and the essential skills necessary to running a top performance sales office.

Now that the candidate has successfully completed their training and has an excellent understanding on how a winning office operates, it is now time to provide them with the opportunity to represent one of our clients while running an independent sales office.
